Validating Your Order

After you place an order using our shopping cart, we will check the information you give us for validity, by verifying our method of payment or shipping address. We reserve the right to reject any order you place with, and/or to limit quantities or any order, without giving any reason. If we reject your order, we will attempt to notify you using the e-mail address you have given us with the order. Your credit or debit card will normally not be cahrged if we reject an order, but we will process a refund if the charge has been made against your card.

Order Acceptance/Confirmation

Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does i consitute confirmation of our offer to sell. The KS Logistics Services Inc website reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order at any reason.

Order Limitation/Limited Quantities

KS Logistics Services Inc may, at its own discretion, limit or cancel quantities purcahsed per person, per household, or per order. KS Logistics Services Inc also reserves the right to reject any order you place with us. These restrictions may include orders placed by the same KS Logistics Services Inc user account, the same credit card, and orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. In the event we make a change to an order, we will attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail and/or billing address provided at the time the order was amde. KS Logistics Services Inc reserves the right to limit or prohibit the sale to dealers.

Product Descriptions

KS Logistics Services Inc attempts to be as accurate as possible. However, KS Logistics Services Inc does not warrant that product descriptions or other content of the site is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. If a product offered by KS Logisitcs Services Inc itself is not as described, your sole remedy is to return it in unused condition.

Errors on Our Site

Prices and availability of products and services are subject to change without notice. Errors will be corrected where discovered, and KS Logistics Services Inc reserves the right to revoke any stated offer and to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions including after an order ahs been submitted and whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been cahrged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, KS Logistics Services Inc will issue a credit to your credit card in the amount of the charge. Individual bank policies will dictate when this amount is credited to your account.If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may return it in accordance with KS Logistics Services Inc return policy.

We have done our best to display as accurately as possible the colors of the products shown on this website. However, because the colors you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any color will be accurate.

User Submitted Content(including, but not limited to, text, photos, or video submitted in connection with Gift, E-Cards, E-Vites, Forward-to-a-Friend messages or any other messaging service)

The KSLogisticsServicesInc.com message services available to our guests are subject to the following guidelines. Out of respect for all of our guests, we ask that you do not use obscene, profane or threatening language in messages. In addition, we ask that you do not submit or post photos, videos or other media that include obscene, profane or threatening images. Examples of the kinds of conduct or content that are prohibited in user submitted content include:

• The transmission of any content that could violate, or could facilitate the violation of, any applicable law, regulation or KS Logistics Services Inc rule or policy.
• The transmission of any content that is profane, libelous, defamatory, obscene, pornographic, indecent, lewd, harassing, threatening, harmful, invasive of privacy or publicity rights, abusive, inflammatory or otherwise objectionable.

You are solely responsible for the content of any messages and/or images you submit and KS Logistics Services Inc assumes no liability for any content submitted by you. We may, but are not obligated to, restrict or remove any and all content from a message that we determine in our sole discretion violates these guidelines or is otherwise harmful to us, other KS Logistics Services Inc guests or any third party. KS Logistics Services Inc reserves the right to purge the content you provide after 10 days of creation.

Any content you submit is for non-commercial use only. You must provide your actual e-mail address in order to send your content. Any content you submit will be routed through the Internet and you understand and acknowledge that you have no expectation of privacy with regard to any content you submit.

 

Return Policy

We understand that returning products is often a frustrating experience, but KS Logistics Services Inc strives to make the process a simple and straightforward one. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will glady help you to return your product, when it falls within the guidelines below.

1: Request a return authorization no more than 10 days from the time you received it. The return authorization will expire 10 days after the date of issuance. Once the return authorization expires, KS Logistics Services Inc will not accept returns.

2: Items must be returned in good conditions and original box.

3: If the product is missing the original box, packaging material, contents, accessories and/or manuals, missing an item or is damage, a product fee may be charged.

4: Non-returnable items include thsoe which have been through customer use or abused.

5: If you receive an item that is defective, is not the item you ordered, or was damaged in shipping, you will receive a credit upon inspection and verification.

6: KS Logistics Services Inc reserves the right to deny any return

To Protect Your Personal Data

Please remove all personal data (e.g. computer or wireless phone data) from any returned products. KS Logistics Services Inc is not responsible for any personal data left on or in a returned product.

Shipping Policy

Shipments will be made as nearly as possible in accordance with dates specified by KS Logistics Services Inc order confirmation, subject to any or all causes beyond KS Logistics Services Inc control. All items are shipped via UPS or USPS with adult signature required.

Lost and Damaged Shipments

Before signing delivery receipt, count all pieces/cartons. Sign for the total number of cartons received. KS Logistics Services Inc will not be responsible for missing cartons/damages unless expectations are noted on the delivery receipt. Sign only for what you have received. Upon delivery, inspect all goods carefully for damage. If goods are damaged, refuse on delivery; refuse on a package, by itself, may not be grounds for a damage claim. Contact KS Logistics Services Inc for further instructions.

Concealed Loss and Damage

Report concealed loss or damage to carrier within 48 hours and request inspection by the carrer. This is absolutely necessary; otherwise, the carrier will not be liable for payment or settlement of concealed damage freight claims. KS Logistics Services Inc cannot assume any responsibility with respect to concealed lost and damaged freight claims.

Warranty

KS Logistics Services Inc warrants these products to be free from defects in material and workmanship at time of shipment and for a period of 90 days thereafter, and shall correct defects by replacement or (at KS Logistics Services Inc´s option) refund of the pruchase price. IN NO EVENT SHALL KS LOGISTICS SERVICE INC´S LIABILITY EXCEED THE PURCHASE PRICE OF THE PRODUCTS. Products are sold with the understanding that the buyer has independently determined the suitability of the products for his/her purposes and assumes all risks, costs, and liabilities in connection therewith. Customer understands that KS Logistics Services Inc is not the manufacturer of teh products purchased by buyere hereunder and the only warranties offered are those on the manufacturer, not KS Logistics Services Inc. In purchasing the products, buyer is relying on the manufacturer´s specifications onlly and it is not relying on any statements, specifications, photographs, or other illustrations representing the products that might be provided by KS Logistics Services Inc. KS Logistics Services Inc hereby expressly disclaims any warranties either expressed or implied, related to products, including without limitation any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, or warranty of no infringement. This disclaimer does not affect the terms of the manufactuer´s warranty, if any. THIS WARRANTY IS EXCLUSIVE AND IS IN LIEU OF ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTIBILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR OTHER WARRANTY OF QUALITY, WHETHER EXPRESSED OF IMPLIED. No agent or representative is authorized to give any guarantee or make any statement contrary to or inconsistent with this warranty.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

IN NO EVENT SHALL KS Logistics Services Inc BE LIABLE FOR ANY INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES TO BUYER or to any other person, including but not limited to loss of profit, loss of use or production, or loss of capital. THE REMEDIES OF BUYER SET FORTH HEREIN ARE EXCLUSIVE, AND TEH TOTAL LIABILITY OF THE SELLER  with respect to any contract or anything done in connection therewith, such as the performance or breach thereof, or from the manufacturer, sale, delivery, resale, installation, or use of any prodcuts, whether arising out of contract, negligence, strict tort, or under any warranty or otherwise, SHALL NOT EXCEED THE PURCHASE PRICE OF THE PRODUCTS, UPON WHICH LIABILITY IS BASED. By receiving and using these products, buyer consents to the foregoing and agrees to accept these terms and conditions of sale even if they differ from the terms and conditions stated on buyer´s purchase order or any other document. No waiver, alteration, additions, or modifications of the foregoing terms and contracts shall be valid unless made in writing and manually signed by all parties.

Termination of Use

KS Logistics Services Inc may, in its sole discretion, terminate your account or your use of the KS Logistics Services Inc web site at anytime. You are personally liable for any orders that you place or charges that you incur prior to termination. KS Logistics Services Inc reserves the right to change, suspend or discontinue all or any aspects of the KS Logistics Services Inc web site at any time without prior notice.
